BSS was founded in 2025, but the collective experience of our team goes back decades.
After years in the industry, we saw the same challenges repeated across job sites and facilities: slow response times, the wrong technicians sent to the job, and short-term fixes that led to long-term problems. We knew there was a better way to do it.
So we built BSS to bring together a proven team, remove unnecessary roadblocks, and create a company focused on doing things right, for our customers and for our people.
